The National Apprentice Employment Network is pleased to announce the launch of the updated GTO Governance Handbook – an important resource for GTOs to help keep pace with the many recent changes to corporate rules and directors’ duties. We are delighted that the Minister for Employment, Workforce, Skills, Small and Family Business, the Hon Stuart Robert MP will formally launch the Handbook.
The launch will be followed by a workshop facilitated by Anita Brown, a Board and Governance Specialist at Directors Australia.
The workshop will outline new governance developments relevant to GTOs, the implications for not-for-profit and charitable organisations, the role of the board, and the heightened focus on risk management – all key elements in assisting GTOs to meet the National Standards for GTOs.
The webinar is free for NAEN members but registration is essential.
